Return Policy (Effective Date October 2012; Revised July 23, 2021)

What is the Macanoco and Co. return and/or exchange policy?

Macanoco and Co. will accept un-worn and un-altered product(s) with original tags attached (New) and/or unopened original packaging (New) and a sales receipt for return within 14 days of receipt of product or purchase date at our store or online, we will gladly issue a store credit* or product exchange, less the actual shipping and handling costs if applicable.

*We do charge a 15% restock fee on the return of all items when customer changes their mind this includes apparel, toys, bedding, strollers, high chairs, prams, and furniture.

Any product(s) purchased during a free shipping offer or on promotion, we will have the actual cost of shipping and handling fees or promotion discount subtracted from the store credit.

We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bespoke/custom orders, special orders, tailored, special occasion outfits, holiday/seasonal items, 50% off or more, Final Sale, undergarments/lingerie, swimwear or personalized product(s). No exceptions will be made.

Macanoco and Co. reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

A Store Credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. You must present Store Credit receipt or online code at time of redemption.

How do I exchange a product(s) for another product(s) or Store Credit?

Contact our Customer Service Department and include the reason for exchange and pictures. Our team will review and issue a return number (RMA number). Product(s) must be received at our warehouse within seven (7) days of receiving your RMA number. The product(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at time of purchase. Returns made without an authorized RMA number will be denied.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you receive an item that arrived damaged during domestic shipping, or is defective in any way, please contact us immediately at our Customer Service Department and include the reason with pictures. Our team will review and follow-up with you directly and with the domestic shipping company. This is not applicable to international orders.

What is the cancellation policy on online orders?

We will do our best to try to cancel an order if we hear from you immediately. Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it is processed immediately. Bespoke/custom, special orders, tailored, special occasion outfits, and personalized product(s) cannot be cancelled once submitted. No exceptions will be made.

What happens if I refuse my package(s)?

We cannot cancel an order once it is complete. If the order is refused the client is liable for all round-trip shipping and handling fee’s incurred, and restocking fees of 15% will be applicable. The card used to place the initial order will be charged the additional fees.

Product Warranties for Domestic and International Orders

Some items on our website have a manufacturer’s warranty, which is noted in the product description. Manufacturer’s warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the product and not by Macanoco. The manufacturer is responsible for all warranty coverage, repair, servicing and defects. To obtain a written warranty for any of these items, send a specific written request to our Customer Service Department.

All manufacturer’s warranties are honored for all domestic orders. All manufacturer’s warranties are voided once the product leaves the United States. No warranty claims can be made for product(s) once they leave the United States.

Store Credit

I received a gift from Macanoco and Co. and I would like to exchange it?

If you receive a gift you can exchange it or receive store credit as long as the product(s) meets the returns and/or exchanges policy. Credit value is based of cost of item paid at time of purchase by gift giver.

Gift Certificate and Gift Card

Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card can only be redeemed via purchases made in-store and at They are not redeemable for cash. Redemption value not to exceed purchased value. Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card expire one year from date of purchase. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card account and is non-transferable. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card, you are responsible for the balance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card. We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
