Shipping Domestic and International (Effective Date October 2012; Revised July 23, 2021)
General Information
Most purchases are shipped from our Miami, FL. warehouse by USPS Domestic and International, FedEx, UPS, Courier, Local Delivery, Store Pick Up, and Freight delivery service and will usually ship and arrive within ten business days domestic and 25 business days international of receipt of the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
Depending on your location and the product the carrier that will get your package to you as quick as possible will vary. We also try and ship orders the same day as you place them. (Side note: During the December Holiday Season an additional day or two for processing might be needed to ship your order).
You will receive tracking information the evening of the day we ship your order. Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will receive an additional surcharge. This may vary per product, when you begin the checkout process, your shipping total will be shown prior to submitting you order. On larger items, a custom quote will need to be e-mailed to you directly. Please contact us at Shipping Department with the items you wish to purchase and we will send you a quote immediately!
In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail. Please make sure the e-mail address you provide upon ordering is the best way to contact you. Occasionally our e-mails end up in Junk Folders or Spam Boxes so to ensure you receive our e-mails, please add Shipping Department to your safe senders list. We don’t spam (we don’t like it either) and opting out of our e-mails is easy as a single click!
Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Some countries require a VAT and/or Duty Fees. When quoting international shipping charges we will do our best to include them, but may not always be included and charged at time of delivery of product in your country.
Free US Ground Shipping
Free standard shipping applies when you meet the minimum order amount indicated, before taxes and shipping charges. To redeem offer at checkout, enter the listed code, or, if offer indicates that no code is required, free shipping will be applied to your order automatically once you meet the minimum order amount indicated. Offer is not valid on gift card orders and other exclusions may apply. Offer is good for US standard shipping only. Standard rules and charges apply for return shipping. In addition to U.S. postal addresses in the entire U.S. and Puerto Rico, macanoco.com is able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Box addresses. Expedited Domestic Shipping Delivery
For a flat rate of $35.00 we can arrange for rush delivery by FedEx or USPS to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 12pm PST you will receive your purchase within 1-2 business days.) Note: Business Days are Monday through Friday. Expedited service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.
Saturday Domestic Shipping Delivery
For Saturday delivery within the contiguous 48 states, a custom quote will need to be e-mailed to you directly. Please contact us at Shipping Department with the items you wish to purchase and we will send you a quote immediately!
Insurance
Shipment insurance is included with all orders. Insurance protects your order against any damages or loss while in transit. Insurance cost is based on value of product(s) being shipped. Items that arrive damage or broken, you must notify via e-mail with images to Shipping Department, within three business days of receiving shipment. In some cases you will need to return the item to our warehouse with a provided RMA #.
Limitations
There are some products which cannot be shipped via traditional formats (i.e. Parfums, Lampe Berger Paris Fragrances). These products will incur a different shipping charge and shipping method. Some products cannot be shipped to California and this will be listed on product page. Unfortunately, some brands and/or customs restrictions do not allow for certain products to be shipped internationally.
The United States prohibits international shipment orders in excess of US $25,000.00 and/or a combined weight excess of 150 pounds/68 kilograms.
For multiple shipping addresses, please place individual orders for each address.
International orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are submitted and processed.
Product Warranties for Domestic and International Orders
All manufacturer’s warranties are honored for all domestic orders. All manufacturer’s warranties are voided once the product leaves the United States. No warranty claims can be made for product(s) once they leave the United States.
International Shipping Delivery
We can ship some products internationally. Please e-mail us at Shipping Department with your Full Name, Full Address including Province, City, Country and Zip Code as well as the items you would like to order. We will generate a shipping quote and be back in touch via e-mail with the quote and ordering instructions ASAP. We try to get the quote and instructions back to you as fast as we are able and most quotes and returned in 30-60 minutes sometimes even faster! However, if requested after hours or over the weekend, please allow up to 24 hours to hear back. Please note, some brands are excluded. While we can give you a quote on the shipping costs, any duties or custom fees are decided at your country’s border and we are not able to estimate. Some countries require a VAT and/or Duty Fees. When quoting international shipping charges we will do our best to include them, but may not always be included and charged at time of delivery of product in your country.

Delivery Surcharges ($)
Because some toys, furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge which is applied during checkout; this charge is in addition to regular delivery charges. Please contact us at Shipping Department with the items you wish to purchase and we will send you a quote immediately!
Canada
We are happy to ship to our Canadian friends. Please contact us at Shipping Department with the items you wish to purchase and we will send you a quote immediately! We also regret that we cannot offer Free Shipping to Canadian orders.
Central and South America
We are happy to ship to our Central and South American friends. Please contact us at Shipping Department with the items you wish to purchase and we will send you a quote immediately! We also regret that we cannot offer Free Shipping to Central and South American orders.
Address Corrections
There is a $15.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address, which is just the same fee we are charged for correcting the address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Some addresses cannot be changed, additional fee’s will apply when packages are returned to us and resent.
When will my order ship?
After you place your order, we usually ship it out the same day, or 24 hours after the order is placed (Monday through Friday). Most of our larger items (such as furniture and some bedding) are shipped directly from either our Miami, FL. Warehouse or the manufacturer’s warehouse. These have a 1-5 day processing time until they are shipped. If the lead times are longer for any of our products you will receive an e-mail from us. Custom orders and some large furniture items will be made by hand, so these leads times are estimates and can occasionally go beyond their estimated shipping date. If this happens, we will contact you via e-mail.
How to I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, your tracking information will be available in your account. You will also receive an e-mail from us with carrier information and tracking #. Just login and track your package!
My tracking number shows as delivered, but I did not received it.
